WORTH THE HYPE? DevaCurl Buildup Buster Review

NEW PRODUCT ALERT!
DevaCurl has recently announced their latest hair treatment specifically targeting product buildup and I couldn't be any more excited to try it out! What exactly is the Buildup Buster? It is a lightweight serum formulated with Miceller Water to gently cleanse your hair without stripping it of its natural oils. No matter how often you wash your hair, there is still a great chance that your scalp is clogged up due to previous use of products. The Buildup Buster contains both Jojoba oil, which softens and conditioners your hair, and Abyssinian oil, which adds shine while moisturizing and protecting your scalp. Personally, I am really big on packaging. What I like about this treatment is that it comes in a bottle with a pointed nozzle, which makes it a whole lot easier to apply straight to your scalp.

How do you use it?
Since I have fine hair, I used about a tablespoon of product and massaged it into my scalp. However, they recommend using a palm full for thicker hair. After massaging into my scalp, I continued working the product down to the end of my hair and rinsed out twice. After that I just applied my favorite conditioner, gently dried my hair with a micro fiber towel, and styled as usual.

Overall, I really do like this product and how it leaves my hair feeling softer than ever. It's as if my hair can finally breathe again (sounds a bit dramatic, but it's true!) Due to the fact that it actually breaks down any dirt or buildup, my hair feels much lighter and has a lot more bounce to it.

Alright, I'm convinced. Where can I find this miracle product?!
The DevaCurl Buildup Buster retails for $28 and can be purchased on their website here.
